摘要
以三凯公路施工期环境监理为例 ,阐述了环境监理与工程监理的辩证关系 ,指出环境监理工作中存在的问题 ,提出相应的解决办法 。
Taking the environment monitoring of Sankai Expressway in construction as an example,the relationship between the environmental monitor and the project monitor is described.The problems existing in environment monitoring are found out,the relative resolution are proposed and the operation mode on monitoring is discussed.
