采用高效液相色谱法直接测定金刚感冒片中咖啡因和扑尔敏的含量，为产品质量的控制提供较好的条件。此法测定咖啡因和扑尔敏的回收率各为９９．８７％，１００．１％，变异系数各为０．４３，０．７４．

forcontrolling the quality of medicinal product, the contentof chlorpheniramine maleate and
caffeine in Jingang Ganmao tablet was simultaneously deter-mined by high pressure lipuid
chromatography. The expcrimental conditions were that themobil phase was
methanol:water:acetic acid=70 : 30 : 2 and the components were monitoredby the ultraviolet
detector at 260nm.The average rate of recovery was 99.87%,100.1% the coefficient of variation
was 0.43,0. 74, respetively,
