经门脉肝内移植胰岛细胞治疗糖尿病鼠的实验研究

Experimental study on treatment of diabetes in rat by intrahepatic transplantation of islet cells through portal vein

为了探讨胰岛移植部位对移植效果的影响，本实验利用四氢嘧啶诱发的糖尿病鼠，以肝脏为胰岛细胞移植部位，经门脉肝内移植用胶原酶消化提取的乳鼠胰岛细胞。结果，实验组治愈率８０％，与对照组差异有显著性，且无明显并发症，认为，肝脏具有特殊解剖、生理功能，是胰岛移植的理想部位。

O study the sites of islet cellstransplantation that had an influece on theeffect of transplantation ,the liver was chosenthe site of islet transplantation. The islet cells of Wistar rat extracted by alloxan were transplanted to liver through the portal vein. The cure rate of experimental diabetes in treatment group was 80% and had significant difference compared with the control group and the marked complications could not been found. It is thought that the liver is the ideal site of the islet cells transplantation because of thair special anatomicophysiological function.
