摘要
为实现熔化极脉冲焊熔滴过渡的精确控制,研制了电弧熔滴过渡光谱传感器,并设计了多信息同步的高速摄像装置,对电弧熔滴过渡光谱传感器的传感灵敏性和控制的可靠性进行检测和验证,证实了电弧光谱对熔滴过渡检测的准确性及光谱信号实时控制熔滴过渡的可靠性,实现了1脉1滴和1脉2滴的熔滴过渡脉冲焊接过程.
For the purpose of precise control of metal transfer of pulsed MIG welding, a droplet transfer spectral sensor is developed and a special device of multi-signals synchronous hi-speed camera is designed. All of those made the sensibility and the control reliability of the arc droplet transfer sensor examined and validated welding process of one droplet per pulse and two droplets per pulse of pulsed MIG welding are realized.
