腐败坏死性口底蜂窝织炎15例临床分析

A clinical analysis of 15 cases of putrefactive necrotizing cellulitis of mouth floor

报道腐败坏死性口底蜂窝织炎１５例，其中７例发生了广泛扩散，８例合并败血症等并发症；此病多为厌氧细菌通过牙源性而感染，提示其临床症状重，发病急，进展快，故应积极治疗。局部早期切开引流，３％双氧水冲洗，全身甲硝哒唑、广谱抗生素联合用药，并防止并发症发生。

l5cases of putrefactive necrotizing cellulitis of mouth floor were reported. Out of 15 cases, 7 cases happened extensive diffusion and 8 cases were accompanied by the complica-tions of hematosepsis et al. This disease often results from anaerobic bacteria through adon-togenic infection. It is indicated that the disease has a serious clinical symptoms, abrupt on-set and rapid progress. Therefore, the disease must be actively treated satisfactorily in time. When treating the disease, the involved site was cut through, drained away at the early stage ,irrigated with 3% hydrogen dioxide solution and was combined with metronidazole and broad spectrum antibiotic to treat in order to prent the complication.
