硼对小鼠胰腺外分泌部超微结构影响的初步观察

Ultrastructure changes of pancreatic exocrine portion in mice fed with boron

就灌硼（硼砂，剂量４９００ｍｇ／ｋｇ）对小鼠胰腺外分泌部超微结构的影响进行了研究，在本实验条件下，胰腺外分泌部超微结构未发生明显改变。

The ultrastructure changes of pancreatic exocrime portion in BALB/c mice fed with the borax(the dosage was 4900mg/kg) were studied by electronemicroscope.The results indicate that there were no significant ultrastructure changes of pancreatic exocrine portion between experimental and control groups.
