职业体育俱乐部公司化存在的问题与对策研究

我国职业体育俱乐部实行公司化是一种现实的选择,有其必要性。职业体育俱乐部具有营利性、营业特定性、发展目标双重性等特征,采取法人企业形式符合我国国情和国际通常做法。但是,现阶段我国的职业体育俱乐部存在产权不清晰,权责不明确,监督机制不健全等问题,而且现行法律和政策并没有提供给职业俱乐部良好的发展土壤。为此,积极推动职业体育俱乐部实行公司化模式,有利于其解决资金来源,分散风险,完善内部管理机制,对于有效的制约行政机关的过度干预,实现职业体育俱乐部的多元化发展,也具有重大的现实意义。

Shifting professional sports clubs into companies in China is a realistic choice and is necessary. The characters of professional sports clubs are profitable, specific business running and double development objectives. The practice of corporate body conforms to China's actual conditions and international practice. However, the property right of the professional sports clubs in China is obscure, the rights and responsibilities are not clear and definite and the monitoring system is not sound enough. What's more, the laws and regulations in effect haven't provided a sound foundation for its better development. For this end, promoting the practice of shifting professional sports clubs into companies and realizing the plural development of these professional clubs are significant.
