俱乐部产权关系混乱,经营管理理念落后,经营渠道单一,经营运作不善,是我国职业排球俱乐部经营方面存在的主要问题。拓宽经营渠道,开发新的经营领域,扩大球迷数量,加大宣传力度是各排球俱乐部增强自主经营,自我发展能力的主要发展对策。

Through the methods of literature review and expert interview about the professional volleyball clubs,the major problems are that the property right is not clear,administrators lack knowledge on economy. The authors want to provide suggestions on the Chinese professional volleyball clubs.
