中国商务中心区规划建设与休闲运动关系的研究

Relationship between Recreational Sports and Construction of CBD in China

西方现代商务中心区在发展过程中出现了日趋衰落的现象,主要原因之一就是没有充分考虑人的生存空间因素,致使大量的中高收入阶层迁至郊区。中国商务中心区的规划建设不应只考虑商业和办公楼的绝对数量,还应当充分重视人的生活质量和舒适程度,做到以人为本,把人们的休闲运动纳入到商务中心区的规划建设中去。在吸取国外的经验教训的基础上,走可持续发展的道路。

This paper discussed a gradual decline of west CBD and analyzed that one of the key reasons is people's living space was not considered so that a large number of high-and-medium-income families moved in the countryside. The scheming and construction of CBD shouldn't only consider the absolute number of commercial and business buildings, but pay much attention to people's living quality and comfort. Recreational sports should be embedded in the construction of CBD by learning from the experience of foreign countries to realize sustainable development.
