摘要
运用专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法对北京体育大学现有师资队伍的基本概况、工作和思想现状进行了全面细致的调查研究。通过研究提出建设我校教师队伍的几条建议:包括领导层的高度重视;在教师队伍建设过程中要突出重点、整体提高、全面培养;学术骨干和学术带头人、术科学科以及公共课教师队伍的培养;人才引进的创新模式;大胆拓展引进渠道,力争在近4年的时间内解决教师队伍人员短缺;改善环境、提高待遇、增加教师收入;进一步改革教师考核聘任制度,建立健全师资管理制度。
By adopting the methods of expert interview and questionnaire, the paper makes a thorough study of the general condition,work and thoughts of the teachers of Beijing sport university. The following suggestions are put forward: leaders high regard;highlighted emphasis, overall improvement and general cultivation in the construction of the teacher's team;cultivation of leading teachers in academic studies and sport teachers as well as teachers of public course;innovative models of talent introduction through which the introduction channel can be widened so as to solve the shortage of teachers in 4 years;improving teaching environment, raising teachers' pay and improving teachers' welfare;further improving teachers' employment system to establish and perfect teachers' management system.
