摘要
通过走访有关青少年训练专家、主管官员、教练员以及科研人员,重点从各县区业余体校管理、选材、训练实施方面对北京市业余体校田径训练现状展开调查。结果表明:北京市体校田径比赛偏少,学生运动员缺少比赛锻炼机会;北京业余体校田径教练员岗位培训的实际效果不理想;北京市业余体校选材仍以经验选材为主,选材与科研结合不够紧密,选材管理存在漏洞,选材的科学性不强;部分选材指标上多年来没有明显变化;北京市业余体校在训练实施上存在较大问题,训练不科学。
By means of interviewing the experts and investigating the coaches,we focus on three aspects: administer,talent finding and practical training. The result shows: the matches which are held in Beijing for amateur sports schools is limited,only twice a year. There is a cultivation system for the athletic coaches of Beijing amateur sports schools,but it seems that the efficiency is not evident. The talent-selecting in Beijing amateur sports schools just stays previous level based on the coaches' experience. There is no tight relationship between talent-selecting and talent-selecting research;there are a lot to improve in talent-selecting administration. Some indexes on talent-selecting keep unchanged since 1993. There are many questions in practical training in Beijing amateur sports schools,the main problem is that the coaches can not comply with the scientific training.
