胺草灵对大白鼠部分脏器锌、铜含量的影响

Effects of amiprophs on contents of zinc and copper in some organs of rats

给ＴＲ－２纯系大鼠每天灌胃胺草灵１／５ＬＤ_（５０）剂量１次，连续５ｄ，第７天杀死，取睾丸、附睾、肝、脑，用湿法消化、经ＡＡＳ检测其中的锌和铜含量，同时进行组织切片观察，结果，实验组肝锌含量高于对照组，肝细胞核周围胞质溶解，睾丸中铜含量低于对照组，部分曲精小管呈现出生精障碍。

Organic phosphate-amiprophs is a kind of wide range herbicide, and has a strong effect for annual grass.12 inbred line of TR-2 adult male rats were randomly divided into two groups.One group was fed with 1/5 LD_(50) dose of amiprophs by gastric infusion( LD_(50)=79 4mg/kg ) for 5 days. The contents of zinc and copper in the testis. epididymis, liver andbrain were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry ,and the histological changes were observed. The contents of zinc of liver in experimental group were much higher than that in control group , and that of copper of in testis inexperimental group were lower than that in control group.The degenerative changes of the liver and testis were observed under light microscope. The content changes of zinc and copper in some organs may be one of the pathogenic factors.
