摘要
作者在分析了国内外低生育理论和预期理论之后 ,提出了低生育理性预期理论 ,认为它能够和人口学理论的主流相结合 ,解释我国的低生育状况的原因。我国人口政策的发展与完善 ,人口发展战略的制定 ,都要重视这个理论。
The author presents the rational expectation theory of low fertility after analyzing the theories of low fertility and rational expectation,and holds that the theory can be combined with main stream of population theories,and then by the new one the cause of low fertility situation may be explained in China The theory is important for improvement of our countrys population policy and the making of population strategy
