我国非正规就业的发展现状与政策措施研究

Study on the Status and Policies of the Informal Employment in China

我国当前和未来就业形势不容乐观。非正规就业在我国改革开放以来得到了快速发展 ,并成为扩大就业和实现再就业的主渠道。针对我国非正规就业存在的问题 ,应采取措施促进非正规就业的发展。

Current and future employment situation in China is not optimistic. Since the beginning of the open policy the informal employment has developed rapidly and has become a main channel to enlarge employment and realize re employment. There should be measures to solve the problem existed in the informal employment.
