摘要
叶醇(顺-3-己烯-1-醇)是具有青香香气的重要香料,近年来出现了许多新的合成方法和路线.概述了叶醇的天然存在,对叶醇的各种合成方法进行了综述,并作了评价,最后介绍了叶醇的应用情况,分析了叶醇的发展前景.
Leaf alcohol is an important perfumery component. This paper introduces its occurrence and aroma, reviews its various preparing methods, recent research progress, applications and analyzes the developmental prospect of leaf alcohol in China.
