摘要
介绍了PK阳离子表面施胶剂在牛皮箱纸板表面施胶中的应用 ,与内部施胶相比有许多优点 ,与阴离子表面施胶剂相比高出 30 %的施胶效果。
Cationic surface sizing agent-PK485 has been used in the surface sizing of kraft liner board. It not only reduced breaks and improved runnability but also fully showed its sizing performance. Compared with internal sizing agent, the cationic surface sizing agent had many advantages such as that its sizing effect is, not influenced by “wet-end factors”; the Cobb value of the liner board is stable and uniform. Also, its sizing efficiency is 30% higher than that of anionic surface sizing agent, therefore, the cost of sizing can be reduced.
