干细胞移植治疗脑缺血性疾病所致神经功能障碍的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑缺血所致的神经功能障碍临床常见,难以修复。神经干细胞(neural stem cells,NSCs)移植被认为是目前治 疗缺血性脑疾病所致的神经功能障碍最有前景的方法。但是脑缺血发生后,缺血中心区和半暗带区大量的炎性和 凋亡因子及兴奋性氨基酸的产生,导致了大量的移植干细胞和神经营养因子凋亡,影响了移植干细胞的存活,难以 发挥其功效。认识和解决干细胞移植中的问题对神经干细胞移植技术早期应用于临床具有重要意义。
