细胞因子与中枢神经系统放射损伤

摘要 部分中枢神经系统(CNS)肿瘤患者接受放疗后正常神经组织发生放射损伤,严重损害神经功能,其确切机 制尚不清楚。随着研究的不断深入,发现CNS接受放射后星形细胞、小胶质细胞和巨噬细胞中若干细胞因子的表 达发生明显变化:TNF-α、VECF、TGF-β、IL-1、IL-6、bFGF、IGF等表达明显上调。这些细胞因子在放疗后早期对 CNS正常神经组织产生保护作用,但其慢性过度产生、无调控地释放就会对神经组织产生毒性,造成放射损伤。进 一步明确细胞因子与放射损伤的关系,有助于深入理解CNS放射损伤的产生机制,制定放射防护的新策略,防止放 疗并发症,提高肿瘤治疗效率。
