脑胶质瘤分子遗传学研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 胶质瘤是最常见的颅内肿瘤之一。近年来对脑胶质瘤分子遗传学研究有了很大进展,对基因异常的机制 有了进一步研究,对已经发现的原癌基因和抑癌基因有了更为深入的探讨,使其在胶质瘤发生发展过程中的作用 和作用机制更加明确,同时发现了更多的原癌基因和抑癌基因,为临床治疗研究提供了必要的理论基础。在胶质 瘤的预后标志物研究方面也有了新的进展,找到了某些评估胶质瘤预后的有希望的分子标志。
