骨髓干细胞分化为骨骼肌细胞的研究进展

摘要 骨髓干细胞主要包括造血干细胞和间充质干细胞,其中造血干细胞主要分化为各种成熟的血细胞;间充质 干细胞可分化为成熟的非造血组织细胞,如脂肪、骨、软骨、心肌、骨骼肌的肌细胞、神经细胞等。当机体损伤或遗 传性疾病致骨骼肌变性坏死时,移植入正常的骨髓干细胞可在受者体内检测到一定数量的供者细胞核,或与变性 损伤的肌纤维核相互融合,或相互融合形成新的肌纤维,提示外源性骨髓干细胞可向骨骼肌细胞定向分化。
