肝脂酶与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展

摘要 肝脂酶在脂类代谢中起重要作用,同时表现出致动脉粥样硬化和抗动脉粥样硬化作用。肝脂酶基因启动 子区常见的基因多态性与肝脂酶活性下降有关,并可能是动脉粥样硬化性疾病如心脑血管疾病的遗传标志。
