功能性经颅多普勒超声 被引量:1

摘要 功能性经颅多普勒是研究智能活动时双侧大脑半球的不同颅内动脉的血流速度变化的技术,不同认知任 务的完成可以诱导双侧大脑半球血流速度的不同增加,通过分析比较双侧半球事件相关血流速度改变的差异,可 以无创性的评估高级认知功能的偏侧优势,如语言优势半球的评估或空间感知优势半球的评估,其可靠性被Wada 试验和功能磁共振成像(fMRI)所印证。此外,作为一种新的高级神经功能的检查方法,被应用于脑的基本功能和 某些疾病发病机制等研究。
