城市轨道交通项目降低工程造价措施的探讨

Exploration of measures to cut engineering cost of urban mass transit projects

针对我国城市轨道交通建设工程造价过高的问题,分析了工程造价过高的原因,提出了降低城市轨道交通工程造价的一般措施,即轨道交通线网规划要完善、建设标准要适宜及技术装备国产化率要提高。

Based on the excessive engineering cost of urban mass transit construction projects, this article performs an analysis of the reasons for the costly price and brings forth general measures to cut the engineering cost of such projects, viz. the planning of the mass transit networks should be complete, construction standards be appropriate and the localization of technical equipment be increased.
