摘要
本文简要分析了 CMOS 型多路开关 CD4016B 的特点,并将其作为复位开关应用于积分复位电路之中,试验结果表明该装置工作可靠,结构简单,便于使用。
The characteristic of COMS quad bilateral switch CD4016B for transmission or multiplexing of analog or digital signals is ana- lyzed in this paper.The using as reset switch in the integrator is introduced.Experimental result proves that the design is reliable,sim- ple and general.
