乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中保留残腔与缝闭残腔的临床疗效对比

Clinical effective comparison between the preserving residual cavity and closing residual cavity in breast benign tumor resection

目的对比评价乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中保留残腔与缝闭残腔的临床疗效。方法将58例患者随机分为保留残腔组和缝闭残腔组。术后观测指标:乳腺外形、手术时间、术后疼痛、术后积液及切口愈合等情况。结果保留残腔组和缝闭残腔组相比,前者术后乳腺外形基本不受影响(P<0.01);手术时间有所缩短(16～32minP<0.05);疼痛持续时间短(1d～3dP<0.05)。术后切口的甲级愈合率及积液情况和缝闭残腔组比较没有统计学意义。结论保留残腔的乳腺良性肿瘤切除术是一种美观、安全、有效、痛苦小、并发症少的新技术,值得临床进一步研究和推广。

Objective To compare the clinical results between preserving residual cavity and closing residual cavity in breast benign tumor resection. Methods Fifty-eight patients were randomly divided into preserving residual cavity group and closing residual cavity group.Operative observed indexes which were mammary outline,operating time,wound healing and postoperative hydrops were compared between the two groups.Results The preserving residual cavity group had advantages of keeping the outline of breast(P < 0.01), having a shorter operating time(16～32min P < 0.05),less postoperative pain(1d～3d P < 0.05). There was no difference in the wound healing rate and postoperative hydrops between the two groups(P=0.29). Conclusion Preserving residual cavity in breast benign tumor resection possesses advantages that is cosmetic,safe,effective,few postoperative complications and less-postoperative pain, and it is worthily recommended in the clinical application.
