抗肿瘤药物依托泊甙的质量研究

Studies on the Quality of Antitumor Agent Etoposide VP_(16)

本文采用溶剂重结晶法精制抗肿瘤药物依托泊甙（ｅｔｏｐｏｓｉｄｅ），精制前后用ＵＶ、ＩＲ及ＴＬＣ进行检查；用相溶度分析法和高效液相色谱法测定含量；用热分析方法测定了依托泊甙的热特征。精制后的依托泊甙纯度达９９％以上。

The purified etoposide was investigated under different conditions with TLC, UV, IR,DSC and TG for qualitative analysis. The purity of recrystallized etoposide is better than 99% as determined by phase solubility analysis and HPLC.
