摘要 采用TBA比色法测定15只家兔外伤性白内障眼组织脂质过氧化(LPO)产物丙二醛(MDA)含量变化;用发光法测定了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量变化。外伤眼的晶体、房水、玻璃体中MDA的含量分别较正常对照高4.4倍,1.76倍和1.64倍。外伤眼晶体内SOD活力较正常对照降低6.92倍;外伤性白内障晶体中LPO明显增强,抗氧化能力明显下降,而房水、玻璃体中LPO和抗氧化程度均增强。证实自由基代谢紊乱所致的LPO在外伤性白内障的发病中起重要作用。 Lipid peroxidation(LPO)was investigated in traumatic cataract(TC)eyes of rabbits,and 15 traumaticcataract eyes were studied.The concentrations of Malondialdehyde(MDA)were measured with TBA spec-trophOtometry method.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was measured with chemiluminesentmethod.The concentrations of MDA,a major breakdown product of lipid peroxides in the lenses ,aqueoushumour and vitreous bodies of TC eyes increased to 4.4 times,1.76 times and 1.64 times,respectively,ascompared with those of the control eyes. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the lenses of TC eyesdecreased 6.92 times as compared with that of the control eyes. Our results showed that the activity of SODobviously decreased and LPO seemingly enhanced in the TC lenses and demonstrated that free radical-inducedLPO plays a major role in the pathogenesis of TC.
