Static Threshod Asymmetry in Glaucoma

通过比较双眼Ｂｊｅｒｒｕｍ区平均光敏感度（ＭＳ），分析３６名至少１眼有早或中期视野缺损的青光眼和４２名正常人自动视野检查资料，应用自定的标准，获得８０．６％（２９／３６）的敏感性和８８．１％（３７／４２）的特异性。在青光眼组，较低ＭＳ眼多为较高眼压眼，在有不对称Ｃ／Ｄ值或相对性传入性瞳孔障碍者，较大青光眼杯或传入性瞳孔障碍眼ＭＳ恒低于对侧眼。

e analyzed the automated perimetry data from 36 glaucoma patients with early or moderate visual fielddefects at least in one eye and 42 normal subjects by comparing the mean sensitivity(MS)of both eyes,Usingour criteria,it yielded a sensitivity of 80.56%(29/36)and a specific of 88.10%(37/42).In the glaucomapatients, the MS was lower in the higher IOP eyes than in the lower IOP eyes.In the patients with optic discasymmetry or relative afferent pupillary defect,the MS was consistently lower in the eyes with the moreabnormal disc and in the eyes with afferent pupillary defect.
