青光眼弥漫性视野变化的经验概率视野图分析

Visual Field of General Reduction of Sensitivity in Glaucoma with Empiric Probability Maps

对原发性青光眼晚期７例病人９只眼作了经验概率图（Ｅｍｐｉｒｉｃｐｒｏｂａｂｉｌｉｔｙｍａｐｓ）检查，提出了模式偏差概率图（Ｐａｔｔｅｒｎｄｅｖｉａｔｉｏｎｐｒｏｂａｂｉｌｉｔｙｍａｐｓ，ＰＤＰＭｓ），对于弥漫性光敏感度下降的视野，不能辨别，提示不能单纯依赖ＰＤＰＭｓ检查青光眼视野的变化，而应结合总偏差概率图（Ｔｏｔａｌｄｅｖｉａｔｉｏｎｐｒｏｂａｂｉｌｉｔｙｍａｐｓ，ＴＤＰＭｓ）进行分析，同时尚应注意影响视野光敏感度变化的因素以及仪器的可靠判断指标，以求结果可靠。

he authors analyzed 7 cases( 9 eyes )of late primary glaucoma and considered that pattern deviationprobability maps can not differenciate visual field of general reduction of sensitivity in glaucoma. Cliniciansshould not only rely on the PDPMs to identify visual field loss,but also pay a particular attention to both theTDPMs and PDPMs,factors of disturbing sensitivity of visual field and the reliability criteria.
