The author takes the quality control of the speciality teaching in higher vocational education as the studying object, constructs the theoretical framework of the quality control of the speciality teaching and explores the process and methods of the quality control of realizing the unity of the speciality teaching quality, the training target of higher vocational education, students' demand and the vocational position ability logically by introducing the idea, system and methods of the ISO9000 standard.
