摘要
研究麦肯锡7S模型,并根据高职院校的实际特点,将7S模型引入新的就业指导体系之中,分析高职院校就业指导体系中的诸要素及其应用,并提出实施措施以提高高职院校就业指导的效率和效果.
The authors make research on 7S Model,and bring it into new employment guidance system based on the actual characteristics of higher vocational schools, analyse the main factors of the new guidance system,puts forward measures to apply it so as to improve the efficiency of employment guidance in higher vocational schools.
