摘要
应用快速傅里叶转换(FastFourierTransform,简称FFT)技术对正常视网膜电图(Electroreti-nagram,简称ERG)进行频域分析,发现其a、b波的优势频率及能量集中在5-75Hz;与OPs波的分离点为77Hz。从而提出单纯记录a、b波及OPs波各自的较理想的通频带。
The Fast Fourier Transform of ERG in normal subjects was investigated.Fourier
spectrum and powerdistribution of frequency-domain were analyzed.The frequency-domain and
power of a,b wave were in 5-75Hz ; the separated point of a,b wave and OPs wave was in 77 Hz,A
reasonable method was developed bythe authors to evaluate the frequency band of a ,b wave and
OPs wave independently.
