摘要
应用快速傅里叶转换（ＦａｓｔＦｏｕｒｉｅｒＴｒａｎｓｆｏｒｍ，简称ＦＦＴ）技术对正常视网膜电图（Ｅｌｅｃｔｒｏｒｅｔｉ－ｎａｇｒａｍ，简称ＥＲＧ）进行频域分析，发现其ａ、ｂ波的优势频率及能量集中在５－７５Ｈｚ；与ＯＰｓ波的分离点为７７Ｈｚ。从而提出单纯记录ａ、ｂ波及ＯＰｓ波各自的较理想的通频带。
The Fast Fourier Transform of ERG in normal subjects was investigated.Fourier
spectrum and powerdistribution of frequency-domain were analyzed.The frequency-domain and
power of a,b wave were in 5-75Hz ; the separated point of a,b wave and OPs wave was in 77 Hz,A
reasonable method was developed bythe authors to evaluate the frequency band of a ,b wave and
OPs wave independently.
