参麦注射液治疗急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓后再灌注损伤研究

Research on Repurfusion Injury after Thrombolysis in Vein of Acute Myocardial Infarction Treated by Shenmai Injection

目的:观察参麦注射液对急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓后再灌注损伤的影响。方法:40例急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,对照组单用西药治疗,治疗组用西药加参麦注射液治疗。结果:治疗组急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓后再灌注损伤明显低于对照组。结论:参麦注射液治疗急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓后再灌注损伤疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the effect of Shenmai Injection in treating repurfusion injury after thrombolysis in vein of acute myocardial infarction patients.Method:40 cases were divided into two groups randomly.20 cases were treated only with western medicine as the control group while 20 cases were treated with western medicine and Shenmai Injection as.the study group Result:The level of repurfusion injury after thrombolysis in vein of acute myocardial infarction of the study group is lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Shenmai Injection in treating repurfusion injury after thrombolysis in vein of acute myocardial infarction is significant.
