中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭36例观察

Observation on Chronic Congestive Heart Failure (36 cases) Treated by Combination of Western Medicine and TCM

目的:观察生脉理血煎配合西药治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:将72例随机分成两组,治疗组36例用生脉理血煎配合西药、对照组36例单用西药治疗。结果:两组治疗后左心室射血分数(LVEF)均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),而治疗组心功能改善总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05),正虚邪实症状改善也较对照组好(P<0.01)。结论:生脉理血煎配合西药治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效肯定。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of combination of Shengmai Lixue Decoction and western medicine in treating chronic conjestive heart failure.Method:72 cases were divided into two groups randomly.36 cases were treated only with western medicine as the control group while 36 cases were treated with Shengmai Lixue Decoction and western medicine as the study group.Result:LVEF of two groups after treatment are both enhanced than before.The total effective rate of the cardiac function ameliorated of the study group is higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ).The symptom of deficiency of vital-qi and excessiveness of pathogen ameliorated of the study group is better than that of the control group ( P<0.01 ).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of combination of Shengmai Lixue Decoction and western medicine in treating chronic conjestive heart failure is affirmed.
