摘要
应用D—半乳糖制成的大鼠模拟老年性白内障动物模型,观察了晶体自由基代谢,并探讨了从牛精液中提取的非类固醇配子因子对白内障晶体自由基代谢的影响。表明大鼠白内障晶体存在着明显的自由基代谢紊乱。在同一病程中,自由基含量越高,白内障程度越重;自由基含量越低,白内障程度越轻。从牛精液中提取的非类固醇配子因子具有纠正晶体自由基代谢紊乱和防治白内障的作用。
n this paper we have observed rat-initiated senile cataractous lens free radical metabolism process by ap-plying cataract model of animal,and a nonsteroidal gametic factor(NGF)extracted from bull’s semen,which is used to study whether it has some influence on rat cataract lens free radical metabolism.The resultsare as follows:It has been shown that there obviously exists free radical metabolism disorder in rat cataract lens. During the same course of disease,the more the content of free radical is, the worse cataract becomes. In other words,the content of free radical is in positive proportion to the development of cataract.We havealso found that NGF has apparent function of correcting free radical metabolism disorder in cataract lens.
