根据手术方法的不同从角膜切开术、角膜切除术、角膜板层手术、角膜热成形术四大方面对屈光性角膜成形术分类，阐述每一类所包含的手术方法及所能矫治的屈光不正种类、技术要点和并发症等。着重介绍了目前国内外开展较多的放射状角膜切开术（ＲＫ术）及新兴的屈光性角膜激光切除术（ＰＲＫ术）。并进行简单评价。
