The development of suburb community is characterized by its permutation,complexity,diver- sity and discrepancy.Under the dual influence by suburbanization of cities and urbanization of rural towns,the suburb community faces great difficul- ties in its development.Therefore it is necessary to keep in mind the ideas of sustainable development, the integrity of the whole and partial interests and good governance by the government.
