对我国城市设计现状的认识

Understanding the Status Quo of Urban Planning in China

当前,我国的城市设计存在“编制数量不断增加而实施效果依然含糊”等现象。在城市设计中,应既重视技术性因素,又注重制度性因素;应提高城市设计的合理性和合法性;应在实证研究的基础上建立我们的城市设计的理论。

Presently there exists with the city plan- ning in China such phenomena as'increase in size of planning but faintness in effect of its implementa- tion '.It is therefore recommended that importance be attached to both technical factors and system factors;rationality and validity in urbandesign should be improved;our own theory of city design should be worked out on the basis of empirical research.
