城市空间形态优化的城市设计方法——以青岛小港及周边地区规划为例

Method of Urban Planning for Optimization of Urban Spatial Configuration—Withthe Planning of Qingdao Small Harbor and its Surrounding Areas as an Example

青岛市小港及周边地区规划从用地、道路网络、界面、节结地和空间组织关系5个方面,分析小港及周边地区的空间形态,提出将小港的港口功能转换成混合型的城市功能,增加公共绿地,架高快速路与铁路,设置辅助道路,以避免割裂空间和减少过境交通的影响等措施,以城市设计的方法优化小港及周边地区的空间形态。

The planning of Qingdao Small Harbor and its surrounding areas takes into account the rela- tions among the five aspects of land utilization,road network,interface,node area and spatial organiza- tion,and analyzes the spatial configuration of the Small Harbor Area.It then suggests that the func- tion as a harbor be changed into a city function of mixedtype,public greenbelt area be increased,over- head expressway and railway be built,and auxil- iary roads be constructed to avoid dissevering ur- ban space and to reduce the influence by the tran- sit traffic,thus optimizing the spatial configuration of the small harbor and its surrounding areas through urban design.
