摘要
城市规划把握和体现科学发展观,应该注意以下5个方面在规划目标和规模确定上要实事求是;在规划用地和开发利用上要适度;在规划布局和利益分配上要合理;在规划设施和人居环境上要宜人;在规划实施和依法管理上要有序。
Attention must be paid to the following five requirements in understanding and demonstrat- ing the scientific view of development in urban planning:be correct in planning goal and scale,be moderate in planning for land utilization and development,be proper in planning arrangement and distribution of interests,be agreeable in planning of facilities and human settlement environment and be orderly in implementation and management of the planning according to law.
