摘要
2003年底,新一轮的国有商业银行改革悄然启动;伴随着中国银行、中国建设银行两大银行改制成功,2004年也成为国有银行的改革之年。在这场被称为"只许成功,不许失败?"的伟大试验中,与媒体的热炒不一样的是,银行业界给予这场改革更多的是理性的思考与行动。在这一轮的国有银行改革启动一年之后,虽然一切都在进行之中,但阶段性的总结与反思也是很有必要的。为此,《银行家》杂志在2004年岁末约请了业内专家--其中的大多数曾亲身参与这场改革--进行了座谈,并将他们提出的问题与建议总结为六点共识,希望能对国有银行改革走好未来之路有所启发。
