摘要
国外对交通与土地利用关系的研究经历了以下阶段:20世纪60年代,对工程的重视产生和推动了交通工程的发展;20世纪70年代,交通需求分析得到重视;20世纪80年代,综合模型得到重视;20世纪90年代,可持续发展得到重视。目前,国内的交通与土地利用关系研究进展与西方20世纪60年代类似,但人文因素并未真正渗透到理论、模型和实践研究中。
The study of the relationship betweenurban traffic and land utilization has gone throughthe following stages:In the 60s of the 20th century,attention was given to engineering project which inturn boosted the development in urban traffic project.In the 70s of the 20th century,importance was at-tached to the analysis of the traffic demand,in the80s,to the integrated model,in the 90s,to the sus-tainable development.The progress in developmentin the study of the relationship between traffic andland utilization is at the same stage of foreign studyas that in the 60s of the 20th century.However,factors of human characteristics have not beenreally used in the theoretical,model and practicalstudy.
