小梁咬切术治疗青光眼的若干问题

本文讨论了小梁咬切术中:结膜瓣的形状与方法和疗效;巩膜瓣的形状厚薄与前房状态、滤枕形成的关系;小梁咬切术的病理检查;小梁咬切术与小梁切除术的疗效比较;小梁咬切术后复发的再手术;小梁咬切术后视功能恢复;以及小梁咬切术的改进与前景等问题.经过临床疗效分析来证实手术方法的优劣,作者认为小梁咬切术是值得进一步研究与改进的,从而更好地提高治疗青光眼的疗效.

This paper discussed several problems in the improvement and prospects of the trabecular punch forceps procedure, i.e., theconjunctiva shape and its method and curative effect; the shape of the sclera form and the anterior conditions and the bubble formation; pathological examination of the trabecular punch forceps procedure; secondary operations on the reoccurrence after the procedure and the recovery of vision postoperatively. After analysing the clinical effects to define the advantages and disadvantages of the procedure, the author should say that it can be improved for better results in treating glaucoma when further work is done for this purpose.
