应用简易手术显微镜在农村开展白内障手术的研究

Portable operation microscope useful for cataract surgery in rural area.

本研究是利用SXP-1双目双人手术显微镜改装成简易眼科手术显微镜,在农村地区进行白内障显微手术.结果:应用该显微镜手术的病人,在术后1个月复查视力,有98.3%的术眼脱盲、70.4%的术眼脱残;术后6个月复查,术眼脱残率达77.6%.与未应用显微镜手术组比较,无论其脱盲率或脱残率均有明显提高.通过本研究,为我国及发展中国家的农村基层医院、医疗队的防盲治盲工作,特别是白内障手术介绍一种有效、安全、容易携带及价格低的手术显微镜.

The purpose of this study is to develop cataract microsurgery in the rural areas , using the portable operating microscope, which was modified from SXP-1 operating microscope. The results showed that 98.3% of the eyes gained a corrected vision of 0.05 or better and 70.4% of the eyes had a corrected vision of 0.3 or better one month after surgery. When re-examined six months after operation, 77.6% of the eyes had a- correctted vision of0.3 or better. The above data indicated a significant improvement of vision in cases treated by microsurgery compared with those which didn't use microscope. Through this study, we consider that portable operating microscope is an effective, safe and low cost microsurgical instrument for prevention and treatment of cataract in the hospitals of rural and are for the mo-bile medical teams of china and other developing countries.
