小梁咬切术治疗青光眼的改良与疗效

The improvement and effects of trabccular punch forceps in treating glaucoma.

本文报告小梁咬切术改良方法治疗青光眼38例、48眼,其中降眼压47眼占97.8%,术前有视力36眼,术后保持术前视力11眼,视力提高24眼,总有效率达97.1%.术后平均眼压1.544kPa(IkPa=7.5mmHg),符合生理要求.通过远期疗效观察,48眼中3年以上20眼,2年以上12眼,有效率达95.0%,尚无复发病例.半年以上的有6眼仅有1例眼压在2.31～3.73kPa.疗效满意.未发现术后严重并发症.

This paper reports the improvement and effects of trabecular punch surgery in 38 cases48 eyes) of glaucoma with a successful rate of 97.8% (47 eyes). 36 eyes had useful vision before treatment, 11 maintained the vision postoperatively and 24 eyes had its vision improved. The general effectiveness was 97.1% with an average eye pressure of 1.544 kPa (lkPa = 7.5mmHg) postoperatively, which met the physiological needs. Long term observation showed 95.0% of effectiveness on the 48 eyes among which 20 were observed for more than 3 years and 12 over 2 years. No reoccurrence have been found so far. Only 1 ofthe 6 eyes observed over 6 months had it pressure between 2.31-3.73kPa. No serious complication occurred after the surgery.
