The artical summarized the operation on 325 eyes of posterior chamber TOL implantation. In 311 eyes, follow-up for 3 months, 261 eyes obtained the uncorrected vision of 0.5 or better (83.9%), 293 eyes obtained the corrected vision of 0.5 or better (94.2%). It discussed the operation methods and the use of mydriatic and myotics. It was agreed that IOL implantation in-the-bag was still the more ideal method.
