兔角膜严重碱烧伤后氧化型谷胱甘肽与胶原降解关系的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 本文探讨了氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)在角膜碱烧伤中对胶原降解的作用机制和实验治疗影响.结果表明:角膜碱烧伤后治疗组和对照组在第3天时GSSG均增高(P<0.01),而羟脯氨酸下降(P<0.01).8天后GSSG逐渐下降,羟脯氨酸则逐渐增高.30天时2组均基本恢复正常(P>0.05).GSSG与羟脯氨酸呈负向变化关系. The author studied the mechanism and the affection of experimental treatment after severe alkali-burned cornea in rabbit. The results showed that in both of the control and the treatment groups the level of oxidized glutathione increased (P<0.01) within 3 days and decreased gradually 8th day after injury; hydroxyproline decreased on the 3th day (P<0.01) but increased gradually 8 days after injury. On the 30th day the levels of both oxidized glutathione and hydroxyproline returned to the normal level (P>0.05). The level changing between oxidized glutathione and hydroxyproline was converse.
