摘要 研究了在表面活性剂溴化十二烷基二甲基苄铵(DDMBA)存在下,钼与邻羟基萘基荧光酮(β-HNF)的显色反应,Mo(Ⅵ)与β-HNF形成1∶2红紫色配合物,配合物在波长550nm处的摩尔吸光系数ε为1.47×10 ̄5。钼含量在0~5μg/5ml范围内符合比尔定律。许多其它金属离子不干扰测定。应用于钢铁、合金及矿物中钼的测定,收到好的效果。 Abstract A highly sensitive method for the spectrophotometric determination of molybdenum with o-hydroxynaphthyl fluorone and DDMBA has been investigated. The molar absorptivity of the com-plex is 1.47×10~5 at 550nm. The molar ratio of Mo(Ⅵ) to β-HNF in the complex was determined to be 1∶2.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 5μgMo/25ml.This method has good selectivity,many other metal ions don't inrerfere with the determination.A new method for the spectrophoto-metric determination of molybdenum has been used to analyse several steel and mineral samples with satisfactory results.keyworods Molybdenum,Spectrophotometric method, o-Hydroxynaphthyl fluorone, DDMBA
