流动注射pH梯度技术－分光光度法同时测定钙镁的研究

Studis on the Simultaneous Spectrophotometric Determination of Calcium and Magnesium by pH Gradient Technique in Flow Injection Analysis

本文以偶氮氯膦Ⅲ为显色剂，利用流动注射ｐＨ梯度技术测定ｐＨ直约为２和７处配合物的吸光度。由前看测定钙，后者测定钙镁的总量，建立了同时测定钙、镁的流动注射分析法。对不同比例的钙、镁合成样品（ｃａ∶Ｍｇ＝１∶１０～１０∶１），测定的回收率在９４％～１０５％之间。应用于自来水中钙、镁的同时测定，结果与ＡＡＳ法一致。

A flow injection analysis method for tbe simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of calcium and magnesium by pH gradient technique with chlorophosphonazoⅢas chromogenic re－agent has been established．In this method， the amount of Ca and the total amoumt of Ca and Mg are determined at pH values of about 2 and 7，respectively．The method has been nsed for the deter－mination of Ca and Mg in a serious of synthetic samples with a content ratio of Ca Mg＝1∶ 10－10 1 with the recoveries of 94％－105％， and for the determinations of Ca and Mg in the tap water with results wbich are in good agreement with result with those obtained by AAS.
