流动注射pH梯度技术-分光光度法同时测定钙镁的研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文以偶氮氯膦Ⅲ为显色剂,利用流动注射pH梯度技术测定pH直约为2和7处配合物的吸光度。由前看测定钙,后者测定钙镁的总量,建立了同时测定钙、镁的流动注射分析法。对不同比例的钙、镁合成样品(ca∶Mg=1∶10~10∶1),测定的回收率在94%~105%之间。应用于自来水中钙、镁的同时测定,结果与AAS法一致。 A flow injection analysis method for tbe simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of calcium and magnesium by pH gradient technique with chlorophosphonazoⅢas chromogenic re-agent has been established.In this method, the amount of Ca and the total amoumt of Ca and Mg are determined at pH values of about 2 and 7,respectively.The method has been nsed for the deter-mination of Ca and Mg in a serious of synthetic samples with a content ratio of Ca Mg=1∶ 10-10 1 with the recoveries of 94%-105%, and for the determinations of Ca and Mg in the tap water with results wbich are in good agreement with result with those obtained by AAS.
