摘要
铍在pH8.5的NH_4Cl-NH_8·H_2O溶液中,形成一良好的导数极谱波,峰电位EP=-0.42(V_(vs).SCE),峰电流与Be ̄(2+)的浓度在2.0×1O ̄(-8)~2.0×10 ̄(-6)mol/L 范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1.0×10 ̄(-8)mol/L。用循环伏安法等电化学手段研究了极谱波的性质及其机理,实验表明为结合吸附波,本法直接用于矿石中痕量铍的测定,结果较好。
In a solutin of pH8.5 NH_4Cl-NH_3·H_2O,a sensitive complex adsorption wave of the Be^(2+)-TB-CPA by single sweep polarography is observed. The peak potential of the wave is -0.42V(vs.SCE). The linear relationship holds between current and Be concntration ranging from 2×vestigated. The method has been applied to determine trace Be in the rock,with good results.
